Ini menyambung tudingan mal-praktek yg SANGAT TIDAK BERALASAN.
Ini definisi science dari wikipedia :
Scientific method is a body of techniques for investigating phenomena, acquiring new knowledge, or correcting and integrating previous knowledge. It is based on gathering observable, empirical and measurable evidence subject to specific principles of reasoning.[1] A scientific method consists of the collection of data through observation and experimentation, and the formulation and testing of hypotheses.[2]
Although procedures vary from one field of inquiry to another, identifiable features distinguish scientific inquiry from other methodologies of knowledge. Scientific researchers propose hypotheses as explanations of phenomena, and design experimental studies to test these hypotheses. These steps must be repeatable in order to predict dependably any future results. Theories that encompass wider domains of inquiry may bind many hypotheses together in a coherent structure. This in turn may help form new hypotheses or place groups of hypotheses into context.
Among other facets shared by the various fields of inquiry is the conviction that the process must be objective to reduce a biased interpretation of the results. Another basic expectation is to document, archive and share all data and methodology so it is available for careful scrutiny by other scientists, thereby allowing other researchers the opportunity to verify results by attempting to reproduce them. This practice, called full disclosure, also allows statistical measures of the reliability of these data to be established.

The term has negative connotations, because it is used to indicate that subjects so labeled are inaccurately or deceptively portrayed as science.[6] Accordingly, those labeled as practicing or advocating a “pseudoscience” normally reject this classification.
As it is taught in certain introductory science classes, pseudoscience is any subject that appears superficially to be scientific or whose proponents state is scientific but nevertheless contravenes the testability requirement, or substantially deviates from other fundamental aspects of the scientific method.[7] Professor Paul DeHart Hurd[8] argued that a large part of gaining scientific literacy is “being able to distinguish science from pseudo-science such as astrology, quackery, the occult, and superstition“.[9] Certain introductory survey classes in science take careful pains to delineate the objections scientists and skeptics have to practices that make direct claims contradicted by the scientific discipline in question.[10]
Beyond the initial introductory analyses offered in science classes, there is some epistemological disagreement about whether it is possible to distinguish “science” from “pseudoscience” in a reliable and objective way.[11]
Pseudosciences may be characterised by the use of vague, exaggerated or untestable claims, over-reliance on confirmation rather than refutation, lack of openness to testing by other experts, and a lack of progress in theory development.
Terlihat jelas perbedaan keduanya adalah masalah pengujian secara empirik. Pseudoscience sulit dibuktikan dengan standard pembuktian ilmiah. Tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan bhw pseudoscience dapat pula bermanfaat, hny saja sulit dibuktikan mekanisme kerjanya.
Nah dari definisi ini, RUMAHSEHAT yg diklaim sebagai mal-praktek JELAS TIDAK TERBUKTI. Once again thank you for the tips Dr. Jill.
Actually, I always hv deep considered every steps you’ve sent. And carefully implemented. So far, it has been such great progress in me myself, and my students. My youth center in US usually named CommunityCenter has remarkably solved quite some cases, successfully!
As I have told you in my emails, I am carefully step by step working in a project with my motto Science for humanity. The Science are methods which helping people, children and young adults to get more quality in life using and boosting their brain capability. Thank God, gracefully from children up to old people these methods work!
In the other side..sadly, I am currently being acused of mal-practising. I am using my background as System Analyst&EconomicManagement+ClinicalHypntherapy+NLP supporting people without ANY MEDICINE AT ALL.
I use Hypnotherapy if its needed, or BrainSound or BrainGym or Boosting children with Educational ComputerGames while listening to the music for brainbasher. And It has proved that by 2-3 times therapy theses children has improvement.
In Indonesia, the Health Department doesn’t hv list for these kind of therapy. so if they acusing me as mal-practice, I hv no idea where its came from. If you have any idea what should I do, why helping these children is criminal, please let me know. I quiet unhappy very sad, why these technology is rejected by the Governnent. Speechless, I dont know what to do. While a children of ADD is showing progress of focusing by play drums and play braingym.
Dr. Jill, fyi at the moment this kind of therapy like BrainClinic is not available in Indonesia not even one. I am doing this because there’s nothing wrong in this technology. Even scientist from UK call me yesterday, they will lend me a BrainCap which can detect any disorders.
I dont know Dr Jill, hope I still have guts to do this in the sake of young generation. Please support me to do so. I dont know when my life will be ended cause of my thyroid-disorder. When there’s still time I just want to share good deed to others.
